I’ve always lived in San Pier d’Isonzo and in the last years I’ve noticed a great distance between the Local Government and the inhabitants. I think this is a real issue.

I’d like a Local Government close to the inhabitants and them to be the protagonists of the choices of the Municipality, and to play an important role in the decisions. Listening to the inhabitants before making a choice such as the mobile phone antennas plan, the introduction of new activities in the II inert category of public dump and the renovations and requalification of the town hall is very important. These choices will lead to consequences on the budget of the Municipality and above all on the inhabitants’ health for much time ahead. Not involving the inhabitants in a proper way would be a fault.

Some years ago the Local Government decided to launch the realization of a new recycling system for harmless special waste at Soleschiano’s garbage dump. A few months later the inhabitants occupied the Council House in protest, forcing the current Government to turn about its previous choice.

A Committee Anti-Antennas has been set up a few years ago in order to protest against the plan approved by the outgoing Government and the same Committee has autonomously organized a public assembly to inform about electromagnetism.

It’s clear that in the former two cases the Inhabitant hasn’t been conveniently informed and respected.

I’m living this bad mood in the square, on the streets, with associations and in the voluntary organization with which there has been a lot of talk during my way undertook months ago, because I believe in the values I can convey through the current elections.

The Plan of the lists that support me, apart from being close to the Inhabitant and sharing the Local Government’s choices with people, is that of creating a class of new enthusiastic and qualified administrators that love the Country and want to be in the service of the inhabitants spontaneously and without by-ends or having to say thank you.

My Local Government, with the centre-left coalition, will always be close to the outcasts and the weak, will bring values such as solidarity, justice, fairness and tolerance, and will respect the environment and the Constitution.

My plan in short:

- Letting the Inhabitants share in the Local Government’s choices;

- Introducing a group of people that loves San Pier d’Isonzo and is enthusiastic about and has the honour of being in the service of people;

- Telling transparently who we are and where we “are”, and that we represent the whole CENTRE-LEFT alignment.

The former are three aspects I want you to think over and reason about, and consequently, I’m  hopeful, you could vote me for MAYOR.

I won’t fail in keenness, competence and will to work, and I’ll always be at your disposal, every day.
